Taraji P. Henson As Scary Spice on Masked Singer’s Spice Girls Night

Yo, Iโ€™ll tell you what I want, what I really, really want. โ€œThe Masked Singerโ€ guest panelist Taraji P. Henson โ€” unmasked earlier this season as Scarab โ€” is back on next weekโ€™s โ€œSpice Girls Nightโ€ episode, dressed as Scary Spice. Zig-a-zig, ah!

Thereโ€™s no new episode of โ€œThe Masked Singerโ€ this week, given the tough Winter Olympics competition. Instead, Fox is repeating its 2024 special โ€œThe Real Full Monty,โ€ feauring the late James Van Der Beek, who starred in the event to raise funds and awareness for the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.

But when โ€œThe Masked Singerโ€ returns next week for โ€œSpice Girls Night,โ€ Henson will be there in costume as โ€œScarab Spice, aka Scary Spice,โ€ and Variety has two first looks:

The episode will feature contestants singing iconic Spice Girls songs, including Crane (singing โ€œSay Youโ€™ll Be Thereโ€), Snowcone (singing โ€œWannabeโ€) and Pugcasso (singing โ€œToo Muchโ€).

And Henson wonโ€™t be the only panelist dressed as a Spice Girl. Here are the others:

Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg as Baby Spice on โ€œSpice Girl Nightโ€

Rita Ora as Posh Spice on โ€œSpice Girl Nightโ€

Henson (Scarab), Tone Loc (Handyman), Tiffany Haddish (Le Who Who), Todd and Julie Chrisley (Croissants) and David โ€œBig Papiโ€ Ortiz (Googly Eyes) are the celebrities unmasked so far on โ€œThe Masked Singerโ€ Season 14.

Also Foxโ€™s new โ€œFear Factorโ€ reboot will feature host Johnny Knoxville in a โ€œFear Factor: House of Fear Night,โ€ and an โ€œOzzfest Nightโ€ honors late rocker Ozzy Osbourne, including a special tribute by โ€œMasked Singerโ€ alum Kelly Osbourne (Season 2โ€™s Ladybug) saluting her fatherโ€™s musical influence.

The 18 Masked contestants in Season 14 include Eggplant, Pugcasso, Queen Corgi, the Croissants, Owl, 14 Karat Carrot, Snow Cone, Galaxy Girl, High Voltage, Googly Eyes, Scarab, Handyman, Crane, Le Who Who, Pangolin, Stingray, Cat Witch and Calla Lily.

Per the show, the Season 14 contestants have sold a combined 94 million records, received 47 Teen Choice Award nominations, 12 Emmy nominations, two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, one Tony Award win and one Academy Award nomination.
