The Deauville American Film Festival has revealed the lineup for the industry section of its 2026 edition.
The Deauville Industry Days sidebar, taking place over two days at the festival being held at the French seaside town, will incorporate various talks, panels and sessions.
Among them are โThe Art and Craft of Foodstyling,โ about cinematic food stying for TV and film and featuring the Paris-based culinary design and food styling studio Wallace Food Stylist, the agency behind the screen gastronomy on โEmily in Paris.โ
Meanwhile, DDAโs Carola Ash, Sรฉbastien Cauchon of Cinema Collectors and David Thion Les Films Pelleas will take part in the first of a two-part session entitled โHow to Maximize Your Award Campaign in the U.S.,โ with Benoit Berthe Siward, CEO of The Animation Showcase, leading the second.
Focusing on on-screen talent, the panel โHow to Break in the U.S. as a French Actor, will see casting director Mathilde Snodgrass, actress Mathilde Ollivier (โOverlordโ) and talent agent Raphaelle Danglard discuss how to make waves in Hollywood.
Elsewhere, CNCโs Joanna Verner and Celine Leclercq will take part in โThe Financing Schemes in Franceโ panel, about tax rebate opportunities for international productions. Rounding out the industry section, the โA U.S. Production Shot in Franceโ session will explore how Netflixโs U.S. rom-com โChampagne Problems,โ from Mark Steven Johnson and starring Minka Kelly and Tom Wozniczka, was filmed in France in 2024 with producers David Atrakchi and Boris Mendza.
The Deauville American Film Festival has already unveiled a buzzy lineup of films screening this year, alongside a heavy assortment of stars set to receive honors. Among those getting awards are Brendan Fraser, Ethan Hawke, Faye Dunaway, Susan Sarandon, Sophie Thatcher and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The 2026 Deauville American Film Festival will run Sep 4-13.
