Scott Wolf has been granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of the three kids he shares with his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, according to court documents obtained by TODAY.com.
The former “Party of Five” star, 57, was also granted a temporary restraining order against his wife, Kelley Wolf, 48, according to the documents, which were filed in Summit County, Utah.
Judge Richard Mrazik stated in his order that Kelley Wolf “has been engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the party’s minor children.”

That behavior, said the judge, included “threats to remove the party’s minor children from the country.”
The judge noted that Kelley Wolf’s recent behavior was “sufficient” for her “to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.”
He also temporarily suspended Kelley Wolf’s parent-time and contact with the children.
Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf, who share sons Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11, announced June 10 that they were divorcing after 21 years of marriage.
Later the same day, Scott Wolf told TODAY.com in a statement that he had filed for divorce from his wife, calling it “the most difficult decision” of his life.
Since the couple’s divorce announcement, Kelley Wolf has posted a series of videos and statements on Instagram.
On June 13, the author and former “Real World” franchise star filmed herself being detained by law enforcement officers in Utah.
She added a message in her Instagram story that read, “This is horrible. I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids.”
The Utah County Sheriff’s Office later issued a press release that said its officers had responded to Sundance Resort “for a report that a female needed some help.”
The statement added that the woman had “made concerning comments” to a family member and also to sheriff’s deputies and was transported to a local hospital.
On June 19, Kelley Wolf shared a lengthy message to followers alleging that a group of her friends “held her against (her) will” months ago because they were “worried” about her.
She stated in her message that she was “far past” the grief phase regarding the end of her marriage and was now “well into the healing.”
She also addressed followers’ concerns about her mental health while expressing that she may want to one day marry again.
“So if you could stop calling me crazy, I’d appreciate it,” she wrote, adding, “You absolute idiots.”
“But don’t worry about me. I’m good. I’m rested. My kids are safe. And I’m finally free,” she added.
She re-shared her selfie in her Instagram stories and added multiple messages in overlaid text, including one that read, “Stop worrying and get a life.”
