Téa Leoni and Tom Daly Are Married! What To Know About Their Wedding



Actors Téa Leoni and Tom Daly are officially husband and wife.

The couple tied the knot on Saturday, July 12, surrounded by family, Leoni’s rep confirmed to TODAY.com via phone.

Leoni and Daly met on the set of the CBS political drama “Madam Secretary,” which aired from 2014 to 2019. Leoni starred as Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord, while Daly played her on-screen husband, Henry McCord, a former Marine turned ethics professor.

Although they’ve kept their romance largely private, the couple made their red carpet debut at the 2015 White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The appearance marked one of the few times they stepped into the public eye as a couple.

Leoni last appeared on Daly’s Instagram in September 2023. “Waldo found an accomplice,” he captioned a photo of the pair, in which Leoni is looking down.

Both actors have had successful careers in Hollywood. Leoni is also known for starring in films like “Deep Impact” and “Spanglish,” while Daly has appeared in “Wings,” “The Sopranos,” and “The Practice.”

They’ve both been married before. Leoni, 59, was married to actor David Duchovny from 1997 to 2014. They share two children: West Duchovny and Kyd Duchovny.

Daly, 69, was married to actress Amy Van Nostrand from 1982 to 2010. They have two children together, Sam Daly and Emelyn Daly.

In 2022, Daly shared a tribute to Van Nostrand on their son’s birthday.“Thank you, Amy Van Nostrand. What a magnificent man our kid has become,” he wrote. “I love you, Sam Daly.”
