Selma Blair had a paw-fectly adorable date at an Academy Awards after-party.
The โCruel Intentionsโ actor, who revealed her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2018, brought her service dog, Scout, to the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
Other celebrities couldnโt help but say hi to the pooch. Chrissy Teigen, Patricia Clarkson, Justin Theroux and Laverne Cox were among those who cozied up to Scout.
Last month, Blair, who is mother to son Arthur, 13, brought Scout with her when she appeared on TODAY.
โHe is such a love,โ she said. โHeโs really my best friend and makes everything a lot better and apparently heโs my love language.โ
โScout is the man and he comes with me on everything Iโm so excited to do now. And movies and my son and Scout is absolutely part of the family,โ she added later.
Blair revealed in 2023 that she was in remission.
โIโm so much better, but it haunts my physical cells. Itโs there,โ she told Self. โSome people wake up two years later, and theyโre like, โIโm healed! Colors are brighter!โ But I never had that moment. I just stopped having regression.โ
While speaking to TODAY last month, the โLegally Blondeโ star said she was feeling good.
โItโs been a long time of kind of learning a new normal and Iโm doing really great,โ she added.
Blair also said it had been a long road for her.
โA few years ago, I didnโt think Iโd be here and be excited to talk about things and Iโm so excited to be here,โ she said about a partnership she entered into with pharmaceutical company MD Serono that helps create, improve and prolong lives for people living with conditions like multiple sclerosis.
