The Prince and Princess of Wales made an appearance at the menโs final at Wimbledon with their children in tow.
Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales, attended the menโs singles final at All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Sunday, July 13.
William and the former Kate Middleton were joined by their two oldest children, Prince George, 11, and Princess Charlotte, 10. Prince Louis, 7, who is known for his silly antics at public engagements, did not attend the match with his family
William and Kate and their children donned coordinating ensembles for the occasion, wearing shades of blue and white.
Kate wore a short-sleeved royal blue tea-length dress, with a dramatic ruffle on one shoulder, paired with a sunhat and brown heels. Charlotte wore a white dress that featured a black-trimmed ruffle detail on the top along with a pair of white flats.
William wore a navy blue double-breasted blazer over a white shirt and a navy blue and white polka dot tie with a pair of light-colored pants. George followed a similar color scheme, wearing a navy blazer and matching pants over a light blue shirt and navy and white striped tie.
The family sat together in the royal box at Centre Court, with George and Charlotte sitting between their parents during the match between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.
While Louis typically steals the show with his reactions and antics at outings, Charlotte had her own fair share of moments captured during the match. At one point, she was photographed with her hands covering her mouth, seemingly in shock.
This is the second Wimbledon outing for Kate this weekend.
The Princess of Wales attended the womenโs singles final at Wimbledon solo on Saturday, July 12, though she was seated next to tennis legend Billie Jean King during the match.
Her attendance marked her first appearance at Wimbledon since announcing her cancer was in remission back in January.
At the conclusion of the match between Amanda Anisimova and Iga ลwiฤ tek, Kate, who has been the patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club since 2016, presented ลwiฤ tek with the trophy following her victory.
In 2024, Kate only attended the menโs singles final, which marked her second public appearance after announcing her cancer diagnosis in March 2024. She attended the event with her daughter, Charlotte, where she received a standing ovation from the crowd.
Since then, Kate completed her chemotherapy treatment in September 2024, announcing that she would be returning to attending more regular public engagements.
After sharing that her cancer was in remission at the beginning of this year, Kate expressed that it was โa reliefโ and that she would โremain focused on recovery.โ
โAs anyone who has experienced a cancer diagnosis will know, it takes time to adjust to a new normal,โ she said in a statement at the time. โI am however looking forward to a fulfilling year ahead. There is much to look forward to.โ
