The 97th Academy Awards are in the books!

It was a memorable night for “Anora,” which won best picture to cap a ceremony in which Mikey Madison won best actress and Sean Baker won best director.

“Emilia Pérez” led the field with 13 nominations at this year’s ceremony, which was hosted by Conan O’Brien. Zoe Saldana was the biggest winner from the film as she took home the best supporting actress award.

Adrien Brody headlined the night for “The Brutalist” by taking home the best actor trophy.

Out of the 20 acting nominations, 13 were first-time nominees. Colman Domingo from “Sing Sing” was the only one from this year’s field to be nominated for two straight years.
