Meet Ms. Rachel’s two children, together in a photo for the first time!
“Joy. Hope. Love. Peace,” Ms. Rachel, co-creator of the YouTube channel “Songs for Littles,” captioned an Instagram photo of her 7-year-old son Thomas and newborn daughter Susannah, who joined the musical family in April 2025.
In Ms. Rachel’s photo, Thomas holds his little sister, while the siblings look into each other’s eyes.
In April, Ms. Rachel and her husband Aron Accurso, who she has called her “soulmate,” announced Susannah’s birth through an Instagram photo of the mother and daughter.
“We welcomed sweet baby Susannah into the world! We are so in love!” read the couple’s Instagram captions. “Sometimes timing isn’t what you plan and the road to get there is bumpier than you expect, but when you hold your little ones you know… I’m meant to be your mama.”
Ms. Rachel continued: “I was unable to carry this pregnancy for medical reasons and we were blessed to have a surrogate who gave us the most precious gift possible. We are now all family forever. We have immense gratitude and a deep bond. It’s been a truly beautiful experience. I’m in awe of her. Aron — Thank you for being the best husband and dada!”
In April, Ms. Rachel told TODAY.com in an exclusive interview that Susannah’s arrival was “beautiful, joyful and so tiring!”
The name Susannah honors Ms. Rachel’s family.
“She’s named after my incredible mama!” Ms. Rachel told TODAY.com. “My mom raised us with so much unconditional love and joy. She raised my sister and I as a single mom. I’ve always been in awe of her strength. She even built us an epic tree house all herself!”
Ms. Rachel said that Thomas was the “sweetest big brother,” even helping with diaper changing.
“He said he’ll help with everything but poopy diapers,” said Ms. Rachel. “I get that.”
Susannah has been the perfect test audience for “Songs for the Littles.”
“I’m sure this isn’t a surprise but Thomas, Aron and I are all constantly writing and performing songs for her!” Ms. Rachel told TODAY.com.
