Tamra Judge appeared to announce on Instagram that she is quitting โThe Real Housewives of Orange County.โ
โIt was a long run! When life gives you real problems this reality s— doesnโt make sense,โ she wrote in her Instagram story. โPeace out โ๏ธ Iโm out.โ
TODAY.com has reached out to Bravo for comment.
The reality star, 57, didnโt say exactly what she meant by โIโm out,โ but she later appeared to confirm her departure from โRHOCโ when she commented on an Instagram post from a fan account called Taste of Reality.
โ#TamraJudge just posted this?? The cast is currently in New Orleans on their cast trip,โ the fan account captioned a screenshot of Judgeโs recent Instagram story. โIs Tamra quitting??โ

Judgeโs apparent announcement comes as she and her โRHOCโ friends are seemingly in the middle of filming a cast trip to New Orleans for the show’s upcoming 19th season.
Instagram fan account Queens of Bravo shared a video of Judge and some of the other cast members dancing at a dog parade in New Orleans.
Judge joined โRHOCโ in 2007 for the showโs third season. She then left the series after Season 14 and sat out the following two seasons.
โโItโs been a wild 12 years,โ Judge wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post when she left in 2020, according to E! News. โBut itโs time for me to move on. Im sad to go but Iโm very excited about my future.โ
When Judge returned to the show for Season 17, she brought an โactivatedโ version of herself who wasnโt afraid of delving into drama, as she told TODAY.com in 2023.
The drama didnโt end during her time away. During her two-season pause, Judge feuded with her former best friend from the show, Shannon Storms Beador, who later claimed Judge used their falling out to โbecome relevant again.โ
โI never became irrelevant. So if anything, I was doing more press than (my former castmates), and I was on a No. 1 podcast that was getting more views than the show was getting,โ Judge told TODAY.com, referring to the podcast she currently co-hosts with Teddi Mellencamp, โTwo Ts In A Pod.โ
โI donโt try to stay relevant and never have tried to stay relevant. Itโs not really my thing. Iโm not that girl thatโs walking red carpets and doing all these things. Itโs not me,โ Judge added. โI actually live a very private life. We rarely go out. We were always at home. So relevancy is not really an issue with me.โ
She also opened up to TODAY.com about her favorite part of being a housewife.
โThatโs a tough question, but being able to tell somebody off and get away with it โ I mean thatโs golden, right there,โ she said.
