Gwyneth Paltrow is celebrating ex-husband Chris Martin on his 48th birthday.ย
On March 2, Paltrow shared a sweet birthday tribute to Martin on Instagram in honor of his special day. She uploaded a couple photos of him spending time with their two children: 20-year-old Apple Martin and 18-year-old Moses Martin.
In one picture, Martin and his daughter rested their heads against each other, and in the second, the Coldplay frontman and his son sat at a piano together.ย
โHappy Birthday to the man that gave me these beautiful, wonderful human beings,โ Paltrow praised in the caption.ย
She added, โWe๐you, Chris.โ
Paltrow and Martin were married from 2003 and 2016 and have maintained a close relationship since their divorce, which the Oscar-winner previously referred to as their โconscious uncoupling.โ The โShakespeare in Loveโ star married writer and director Brad Falchuk in 2018 and Martin has been dating actor Dakota Johnson since 2017.ย
Beneath Paltrowโs post, fans applauded her for how she co-parents her children with Martin.ย

In 2022, the former couple reunited for their daughterโs high school graduation.ย Paltrow shared a photo on her Instagram story of her smiling next to the musician and their daughter.ย
