Bojangles opened its first Colorado location, marking its expansion into the western U.S., with more restaurants planned.
PUEBLO, Colo. — Bojangles has officially arrived in Colorado.
The Southern fast-food chain opened its first Colorado location earlier this month at 1275 Drew Dix Parkway in Pueblo. The new Bojangles restaurant is on the north side of the city, along Interstate 25 at a TravelCenters of America location.
The North Carolina-based company, known for its breakfast and southern-style food, including chicken, biscuits and tea, said the Pueblo restaurant marks a large step in the brand’s journey towards expanding its footprint in the western United States.
The restaurant is part of a 20-unit deal by LVP Restaurant Group to open Bojangles in the greater Las Vegas area, as well as the development of restaurants within 10 TA travel centers across the West through 2027.

Bojangles has more than 800 restaurants in 20 states, mostly in the eastern and southeastern United States.
