Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid reveals his unexpected โside hustleโ in a new Super Bowl spot for Skechers.
In the commercial, the full-time coach, whose team is on the brink of making NFL history, revealed he works as a male hand model as a side gig as part of the gag by Skechers, which TODAY.com can exclusively reveal.
โNot a lot of people know about my side hustle: male hand model,โ he says at the top of the ad, proudly showing off his splayed fingers before the camera cuts to some of his โjobs,โ which he seems to take very seriously.
In a quick montage, Reid is seen clad in all black, using his hands to display some goods, including a cheesy pizza, some lotion and gold jewelry.
He then expresses his love for Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins, which he doesn’t need “hands to put on” his feet.
โAnd to be honest, I kind of love not using my hands,” he expresses.
โCome on, Andy,โ someone says on the set where Reid is hand modeling, standing before a stack of bananas. โNo one peels like you do.โ
โSorry, bro. Iโm out the game,โ Reid replies.
In a press release released by Skechers, Reid shared, โIโm a no-nonsense football guy who needs everything around me to be easy so I can just focus on the game โ especially when itโs for the championship.”
