Spring may have arrived, but Scotty McCreery is all about the fall.
The 10th season winner of โAmerican Idolโ fell during a recent concert, but managed to poke fun at the incident.
The โSee You Tonightโ singer posted a clip of the moment on his Instagram page on March 25.
โWho put that there?โ he captioned the video.
In the clip, McCreery, who, coincidentally has a song called โFall of Summer,โ is performing when he takes a tumble over what appears to be a platform or speaker behind him on the stage, sending him onto his keister.
โThe Stage: 1 Me: 0 ๐,โย he wrote over the video.
โWho put that there?โ he asks the crowd after getting back up.
The video also captures McCreery after the show.
โI havenโt done that in a minute,โ he says.
โRight on my wrist, like โฆโ he adds, without finishing the thought.
โWell, if you werenโt hurting before, you are now,โ someone says to him.
Two men then speak to the camera to say the highlight of the night was McCreery falling, while another says he was โthe last person that had to go to the hospital from falling downโ and was โa little concernedโ when he saw McCreery take a spill, but added, โIt was just a little enjoyable.โ
Fans let the father of one know they could feel his pain, with at least one person applauding him for carrying on with the show.
โHighlight of the night was Scotty getting back up, cโmon now! ๐,โ the fan pointed out.
โGreat recovery! So glad you are ok. I love how you keep it real,โ another person wrote.

โ๐๐been there a million times,โ wrote singer Chris Lane.
