Netflixโs โSelling the OCโ has returned for Season 4 with major cast change-ups.
Six cast members left after Season 3: Alex Rose, Kayla Cardona, Alexandra Jarvis, Ali Harper, Sean Palmieri and Lauren Shortt.
Whoโs returning to “Selling the OC” after the seismic change-up? And who are the new agents joining the cast? Hereโs what to know.
Whoโs New to ‘Selling the OC’ Season 4?
Ashtyn Zerboni
Ashtyn Zerboni is a 29-year-old agent who hails from Fresno, California. Four months pregnant at the time of filming, Ashtyn seems to be working non-stop, commuting between the Oppenheim Groupโs San Diego and the Orange County offices.
โI originally thought I would want to be a stay-at-home mom, being pregnant, but i just canโt stop working,โ she says in the first episodeโs confessional.
Her daughter has since been born.
Fiona Belle
Fiona Belle is a 23-year-old Orange County native. A recent graduate of the University of California San Diego, she started her career at the Oppenheim Group office in San Diego, according to her Linkedin page.
โI started my real estate career when I was 21 and I donโt think my age limits me in this industry,โ she says in the season premiere.
While Fiona doesnโt feel limited by her age, her fellow agents might not agree.
โFiona is a little bit of a newbieโ Ashtyn says in a confessional. โI think that in a few years, maybe, Fiona could be a great real estate agent. When she has a couple more million-dollar listings under her belt, but weโll see how she does.โ
Kaylee Ricciardi
Kaylee Ricciardi has been in the real estate industry for 13 years, entering the scene through the Coachella and Stagecoach festivalsโ luxury rental market, according to her O Group bio.
The 35-year old agent says that โthis niche has allowed me to create a network from celebrities to the biggest CEOs in the world.โ
Whoโs Returning?
Tyler Stanaland
While Tyler has stayed within the Selling the OC family, heโs no longer a member of the Oppenheim Group after leaving almost two years ago.
Now heโs working in the family business, which is also real estate. He tells the camera itโs the โbest choice heโs ever made.โ
Brandi Marshall
Brandi Marshall is all about her business, but is ready to dish out some good advice to the new women on the team.
When Ashtyn brings up a rumor that she heard about Tyler, Brandi is quick to warn her. โJust watch the way you move,โ she tells her. โThat same way you found out that information, somebody could have something to say about you.โ
Alex Hall
โA lot has changed within the last year and a half,โ Alex says in the season premiere. โWe lost a lot of soldiers.โ
Even with certain cast members gone, Alex is certain that the dramatic tone of the office will remain.
โIโd like to say we got rid of some people and everythingโs great and jolly and chipper, but itโs not, because we get rid of one and bring in another.โ
Plus Alex now has to come face-to-face with Tyler, who in her words, โShut me out, broke my heart.โ
Polly Brindle
Polly is back in the real estate market. She says sheโs โwheeling, dealing,โ and her โphone is blowing up the whole time with buyers.โ
In addition to her career forward attitude, sheโs also trying to meet the one โ and the audience gets to join her on a date with a man named Luke. โSummer Houseโ fans will recognize him as Luke Gulbranson from Seasons 4 and 5.
Gio Helou
Gio has been as the โself-proclaimed top dog of the OCโ and heโs returning for another season of that same energy.
โThis year my goal is to change the game,โ he says in his opening confessional. โAnd make sure the OC office becomes the highest grossing branch within the O Group brokerage.โ
He starts the season off strong with his competitive energy, flexing his โbiggest listing to date.โ
Austin Victoria
Austin the family man is back where we left him, but with one new member to his growing army at home. Austin and his wife, Lisa Victoria, welcomed son Aeson in 2024, joining older twin sisters Hazel and Lila.
A brand new baby in the house is just one of the new pieces of the puzzle for Austin this season. He says he hasnโt seen Tyler in 18 months.
โHe cut me, and all of us out of his life after he left The O Group,โ he says.
