This season, the girl islanders will leave the villa to head to Casa Amor, where six new boys await to stir things up. In this exclusive sneak peek of Episode 19, airing June 23, the seven girls — Chelley, Olandria, Huda, Cierra, Amaya, Iris and Andreina — grab their bags and race up the road to Casa. Meanwhile, the six guys left back at the villa — Nic, Ace, Austin, Taylor, Pepe and TJ — are greeted by five new bombshells who have some tricks up their sleeves.
“This year, we’re doing Casa Amor very differently,” host Ariana Madix says in the clip. “There will be some very big decisions to make for all of you.”

How Does Casa Amor Work on ‘Love Island USA’?
Casa Amor refers to the show’s second villa nearby. At the start of Casa Amor week, the girl or guy islanders receive a text instructing them that they must stealthily leave the main villa for Casa, while the other islanders are left behind.
When the two groups are separated, the show introduces a brand-new cast of bombshells — eligible single islanders that are ready to test the waters and find love.
After a full week of new connections — platonic or romantic — the islanders who were sent to Casa Amor return to the original villa. The returning islanders are given two options: remain in their original couples or partner up with new bombshells.
Casa Amor week is the ultimate test for couples in the villa to see how loyal they are to each other. So, in a separate house full of temptations, which islanders will stay committed, and who will explore their options?
