Benson Boone is giving us a little treat โ and this time, itโs not an acrobatic stunt.
The โBeautiful Thingsโ singer is partnering with Crumbl to release the Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie. The otherworldly dessert is inspired by a lyric from his April single โMystical Magicalโ and will be at all Crumbl locations from Monday, June 23 until Saturday, June 28.

โMoonbeam ice cream, taking off your blue jeans,โ he sings on the Billboard Hot 100 hit off his sophomore album, โAmerican Heartโ which dropped June 20. (In case youโre wondering about the lyricโs meaning โ it doesnโt have one.)
Crumbl says Booneโs chilled chocolate cookie channels the same โmood and magic as its musical museโ and features cookies and cream pieces, a psychedelically colored lemon, berry and marshmallow topping, a drizzle of white icing, and cookies and cream sprinkle.
Sawyer Hemsley, Crumblโs chief brand officer and co-founder, says Boone was very hands-on in crafting the cookie flavor, noting his โcreativity, passion, and musical energyโ made for a fun collaboration.
โWe took the way his song makes you feel and turned it into something you can taste,โ said Hemsley in a press release.
Boone has crafted a reputation for his falsetto voice, jumpsuits with deep V-necks, backflips and what some find to be annoying behavior.
And thatโs not an insult โ just a fact โ as there are think pieces and Reddit threads exploring why he seems to push peopleโs buttons. The singer is fully aware of this facet of his career, noting in a TikTok earlier this year that if people are going to โhate me or my music at least have a good reason for it.โ
He even poked fun at the haters in his most recent music video for the track โMr. Electric Blue.โ In it, he repeatedly backflips on a trampoline, wears a T-shirt that reads โone hit wonder,โ sells discount jumpsuits and says being the โmost overplayed artist in the worldโ is โall (heโs) ever wanted.โ
A little girl also tells him his โmusic is terribleโ as he serves her ice cream, so you have to at least give him points for self-deprecation.
