What better way to kick off summer than with a โDuck Dynastyโ reboot?
Eight years after wrapping the popular A&E series, โDuck Dynasty: The Revivalโ brings the next generation of Robertsons to reality television this June.
The spinoff once again follows the duck-hunting Robertson family as they navigate life, business and their legacy in Louisiana โ now introducing a new generation of great grandchildren.
โDuck Dynastyโ first aired in 2012 and ran for 11 seasons until 2017, when the Robertsons โdecided to end the series to focus on other ventures,โ per A&E.
The original show focused on late family patriarch Phil Robertson, his wife, Kay Robertson, and the couple’s extended Southern family. The revival, however, puts their son, Willie Robertson, and his wife, Korie Robertson, at the center, while continuing to feature the rest of the family.
Phil Robertson died at 79, his family announced May 25. The family did not immediately reveal a cause of death.

Each episode of โDuck Dynasty: The Revivalโ will be available to stream on the A&E app the day after it airs live.
In order to watch the show through the app, however, users must sign in using a television provider. At this time, the platform does not offer the option for a standalone subscription.

What Is โDuck Dynasty: The Revivalโ About?
โDuck Dynasty: The Revivalโ will center around Willie Robertson, the son of late family patriarch Phil Robertson and matriarch Kay Robinson, and his wife, Korie Robertson, per A&E.
Similar to the original series, the spinoff will follow the Robertsonsโ lives in West Monroe, Louisiana, operating their duck-hunting business, Duck Commander. The new show watches the kids navigate marriage and growing families, introducing a new generation of grandchildren to continue the Robertson legacy.
Who Will Appear on โDuck Dynasty: The Revivalโ?
Aside from Willie and Korie Robertson, Kay Robertson and Uncle Si, the brother of late Phil Robertson, will appear in โDuck Dynasty: The Revival,โ according to A&E.
The network says the reboot will also feature the beloved children of the Robertson family, John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella and Rebecca, as well as their families.
In 2020, after the original series wrapped, Phil Robertson revealed that he had reunited with a long-lost daughter, Phyliss, from an affair he had in the 1970s. At this time, it’s not clear if Phyliss will be on the new show.
